A work-placed training system for those who would like to learn "on the job" and who want to immerse themselves in the Ashen E.C experience for from 1 to 3 months.

We offer our Trainees -

• Free DIY Livery for your horse Mon - Fri (or use of a horse for the period of your training),
• A minimum of 3 training sessions per week with Becky combining sessions;
•        on your own horse, on Strider & dismounted,
• The opportunity to join in / observe lessons, courses and schooling sessions at Ashen E.C,
• Use of the arena, jumps and poles for the schooling of your own horse,
• Great hacking,
• On-site accomadation in the classroom or in your lorry / caravan Mon - Fri (optional),
• Discounted livery / training at Weekend (optional).

Trainees will be asked to -

• Work at Ashen E.C assisting with yard duties Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm for a minimum of 1 month,
• Be part of the, "meet and greet" to clients and their horses visiting Ashen E.C.
• Take full care of your horse (within your working day).
• Provide your horses bedding, hay, hard-feed, supplements etc. 
•        (Avail' at cost from Ashen E.C if transport is difficult.)
• Bring your own food (may be stored and prepared at Ashen E.C.)

Trainees may -

• Live on site or travel in each day Mon - Fri,
• Take your horse home each weekend or,
•         Leave your horse in our care for a "Weekend Off" - cost: £30
•         Stay for discounted One:2:One Training at the Weekend(s) - cost: £80

Places will be limited, with Becky keen to offer high quality training to her trainees and she will expect your hard work in return!
