Message from Becky - "M. Karl says, "I won't teach things that I cannot explain in proper scientific terms" a genius and an artist there is total congruency between what he says and what he does. His system is logical and progressive, a systematic approach to teaching any horse to understand and have confidence in its responce to the bit and the rider's aids - inspirational".

Becky is not yet qualified to coach M.Karl's techniques but as one of only 9 UK riders selected to train on his 2011 - 2012 programme would like to share her learnings and experiences along the way with clients who have expressed their interest and excitement in M.Karl's work.

Becky says, "Training with M.Karl's is and should be intensive and understand his standards and expectations are high. While being accepted to train is an honour attending the training DOES NOT necessarily mean that I will qualify to teach in his name at the end of the 3 year programme, although I will be working very hard to learn and understand his methods over this period. Part of my learning will be through revision, experimentation and practise and I hope that these "Back-Up Weekends" will in part, afford me that opportunity in addition to sharing his work with my clients."

The format for Back-up Weekends -

Both days start in the classroom with theory, followed by the ridden sessions and the weekend finishes with a brief consolodation workshop, ensuring each horse and rider combination has a clear plan to move forward between each Back-up Weekend.

How to book for 2012 -

Back-up 2a and 2b are open ONLY those who attended Becky's 2011 Back-up Weekends and Auditors on the P.K course at Holistic Equitiation. Those new to M.Karl's work are eligible to apply for Back-up 1, details here -

2012 joining instructions -

Upon registration we will invoice you your first installment of £50 as a deposit for your first Back-up Weekend, the outstanding balance to be paid two weeks before your first Back-up Weekend.

You will then be invoiced two weeks before Back-up Weekend you have booked for, except the December Back up which is FREE.
