For the convenience and comfort of her customers Katie has decided to base herself at Ashen Equestrian Centre. This will allow her to stock a larger range, to meet the varied needs of her customer base and to make use of the excellent facilities for saddle fitting and checking.

- Made from the very best leather from the finest English hides,
- On laminated beech wood trees, flocked with pure Sheep's wool.
- Make your selection and then Katie will have your saddle made to measure.
- Katie fits each saddle personally.
- Bridles -
- Katie stocks a range of bridles from the finest English leather,
- Made to measure your horse.
- Bespoke-
- For those demanding the very best, handmade quality throughout,
- Katie would be happy to quote for a saddle, bridle or other item of tack
- Made by Katie in her workshop.
- Accessories -
- Katie supplies numnahs from Kavalkde & Mattes,
- Bits, girths, stirrup leathers & stirrup irons.

- Saddle Checks -
- Saddles should be checked every 6 months because:
- Horses change shape throughout the seasons,
- The flock alters due to the horse's asymmetries & how the rider sits.
- The flock will settle and compact, changing how it sits on the horse.
- Regular checks will increase the lifespan of your saddle & could
- Reduce medical bills incurred by poorly fitting tack.
- Saddle checks include:
- A back examination,
- Seeing the horse ridden,
- Taking templates.
- If possible, remedial work is carried out at the time.
- Bridle Checks -
- Bridles also deteriorate over time.
- Regular checks increase longevity & are necessary for safety.
- Repairs -
- Katie uses only the best materails,
- Including virtually unbreakable Tigre Thread.
- All work is cleaned before it is returned.
- Katie also has a Port Lewis Impression Pad which riders may hire
 Placed under your saddle while you ride.
 After removal of the saddle its imprint is clear to see. (In the example right the saddle fit is good.)
