 Our specialist management training programme involves working with horses to improve communication and enhance behaviour change skills.
Managers and leaders are constantly faced with the challenge of achieving change and often just telling people what you want/what to do is NOT enough.
Based on established research, this workshop demonstrates the power of timely reward to change and maintian behaviour.
Direct work with the horses brings the theory alive in an engaging and illuminating way.
- This workshop will give managers the tools and knowledge to-
- Use rewards in the workplace to change/maintain behaviour day-to-day.
- Generate optimism, hope, creativity, innovation and motivation in staff.
- Understand yourself as a source of reward AND punishment.
- Generate a rewarding workplace.
- Understand how different personalities respond differently to different opportunities
Our management training days have been hugely successful and very well received and the key to its success have been our Equine Tutors!
Many managers are frustrated by their colleagues' or reportees' behaviour yet remain unable to effect a change in that behaviour.
- These workshops create the opportunities to -
- Learn how to create motivation.
- Learn how to direct and redirect attention and focus of others.
- Learn how to work with different (horse)personalities.
- Learn how to encourage and develop creativity in self and others.
- Learn how to directly affect the behaviour of others.
- Learn how to use your presence to create change.
These workshops are limited to a maximum of 12 participants to optimise learning and to allow for lots of interaction with the horses.

- Classroom based input
- A safe barrier between horses and humans
- (No previous horse experience is necessary)
