Ridden Course Weekend

Course includes-

• 45 minute private riding lesson (your choice of flatwork or jumping) each morning
• Daily dismounted workshop for relevant body awareness and sports psychology exercises,
•        and video feedback & discussion each afternoon.
• The opportunity to observe & learn from other lessons during your course
• D.I.Y livery throughout your course inc. bedding
• (Hay can be provided at cost if it is difficult to transport.)

Dismounted Lateral Work Weekend Courses

Course includes-

The Lateral Work Course is dismounted and consists of using body awareness techniques to understand what lateral work is, how to do it, when & why you might use it.

It incorporates use of "Glider" our very un-sophisticated but highly effective lateral work simulator and DVD footage.

By the end of the weekend the aim is for each participant to have understood what the various movements are and how to use their bodies to instigate them.
